Welcome to Roamio. By accessing or using our platform, website, and services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. The Roamio Platform

Roamio provides an online marketplace that connects hosts offering travel experiences ("Hosts") with travelers seeking to book such experiences ("Travelers"). Roamio itself does not own, operate, or provide any travel experiences. We act solely as a technology provider to facilitate connections and process payments.

2. Account Registration & Responsibilities

To use certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials.
• Take full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

3. Host Obligations

If you list a trip as a Host on Roamio, you are solely responsible for your listings. You agree that:

• You will provide the experience exactly as described on your trip page.
• You hold all necessary licenses, permits, and insurance required to operate the experience legally.
• You will not use the platform to collect payments offline in an attempt to circumvent platform processes.

4. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

When a Traveler books a trip, the payment is processed securely. Our cancellation policies are as follows:

• Traveler Cancellations: Refunds are dictated strictly by the cancellation policy set by the Host on their specific trip page. Roamio platform fees (if any) may be non-refundable.
• Host Cancellations: If a Host cancels a trip, Travelers will receive a full refund, and the Host may be subject to penalties or account suspension.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roamio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our platform or from the conduct of any Host or Traveler during an experience.
