Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments on Roamio are processed through bank-level encryption. We never store your raw credit card information on our servers, and payment is only released to the host after the experience is complete.
Can I cancel a booking and get a refund?
Our standard cancellation policy allows you to cancel up to 48 hours before the experience begins for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a fee depending on the host's specific policy.
How do I become a Roamio host?
Anyone with a passion for their local city can apply! Click 'Host' in the navigation menu, fill out the application form with your experience details, and our Trust & Safety team will review your profile within 3-5 business days.
